Eastern BMX Bikes first saw the light of day in 1996. Started by Jon Byers, Keith King and Mike Corley. Keith had the idea to start a company in 1995, but it took until '96 and the extra support of two other like minded souls to get Eastern Bikes Bmx off the ground. Setting out to "build the best bikes money can buy" Eastern have been true to their word - the Eastern BMX is truly a joy to own.In 2000 they moved frame production from the US over to Taiwan - a move some thought would harm the Eastern brand and result in inferior bikes to the Easter BMX frames manufactured in the US.Over the last 10 years this has proved not to be the case, the Frames and Bikes have gone from strength to strength - the Eastern guys spent a lot of time sourcing quality manufacturers in Taiwan which has resulted in faster frame production and manageable costs.
